Job Summary Supervises and develops Member Services Representatives that respond to requests from business partners and members. Acts as a liaison with vendors to resolve issues/concerns, responds to communications received. Qualifications Associates Degree required or four years directly related experience Minimum three years banking with IRA experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required Knowledge of applicable laws/regulations/legal terminology/ IRS reporting requirements related to IRA's Experience with Ascensus, Fiserv operating platforms and Salesforce preferred Skills Excellent communication, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking, internet skills, and telephone etiquette Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Responsibilities Review and approve work prior to processing, ensuring accurate documentation Respond to escalated issues to facilitate solutions Oversee Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) process Review and ensure accuracy of IRS and internal reports Audit and oversee member retention/growth and other department functions Contact IRA support vendors for information/forms and issue resolution Stay updated on IRA laws/regulations Validate and process deceased member claims related to IRA's Prepare periodic and monthly financial activity reports Manage Salesforce Cases and team regulation time frames Report and track fraud trends to minimize and prevent fraud Perform supervisory duties and other tasks as assigned Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits, including: Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays Fully-funded pension plan 401(k) contribution 100% Dental & Vision premiums paid by Teachers Tuition reimbursement for full-time employees Exclusive employee discounts on loans The estimated pay range is $31.39 to $37.66 per hour, based on qualifications and operational needs.
