Reporting to the facility Process Supervisor or General Manager, the Logistics Supervisor inputs all production runs into MIS in a timely and accurate manner, noting special instructions on customers' incoming paperwork. Oversees shipping and receiving operations, personnel, and paperwork in accordance with Sterigenics' quality and safety standards. Coordinates inbound/outbound traffic. Assists the Process Supervisor in maintaining adequate warehouse space necessary to conduct daily business.

• Coordinates customer truck traffic
• Responsible for training and supervising shipping/receiving personnel
• Oversees proper handling of designated samples for lab testing, including retrieval, documentation, and shipping
• Manages all Federal Express and UPS shipping, receiving, distribution, reports, and supply replenishment
• Coordinates cross-utilization of production and shipping/receiving personnel when necessary
• Ensures proper tagging and storage of customer products
• Generates Bills of Lading
• Ensures completeness of customer shipping documentation as indicated on packing lists
• Assists with other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

• Oversees the work of others

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three to five years of production or logistics experience preferred
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Proficient with computers and data analysis in databases/spreadsheets
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Salary Range: $69,000 - $104,000 per year
