Supervisor – Vangst Workforce Operations (Cannabis Facility)
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $31/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week), Overtime Available

Experience Required: 2+ years of supervisory or workforce coordination experience in cannabis, agriculture, production, or warehouse environments
Must be 21+ and able to pass a Live Scan background check (per California compliance)
Position Summary:
A high-volume cannabis facility in Camarillo is seeking a Workforce Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of all Vangst temporary workers, including direct supervision of the Vangst Team Leads. This person will serve as the primary liaison between the host facility and the Vangst internal team, ensuring smooth communication, workforce alignment, and real-time problem solving.
This role is essential to the success of our temporary labor program and requires someone highly organized, dependable, and experienced in managing both people and process across multiple departments.
