Role Overview:Under the supervision of the Manager, DE DSNP Integrated Care Management, the Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of maternity department, providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care coordination services. Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of clinical and non-clinical staff conducting care coordination/management screening and/or other supportive functions to our Plans' pregnant and postpartum population. Demonstrates ability to act as a resource in addressing clinical and technical issues. Provides unit and departmental leadership. Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of Maternity Care Coordination unit and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:

Work Arrangement

  • This is a remote position
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Education/Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of maternity experience
  • Prior experience in care management and Medicare, especially DSNP
  • Must have 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

Licensure:

  • Unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in DE.

Skills&Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute
