Supervisor, Financial Services - Temple University Health System : Job Details

Supervises the financial, credit, debt management counseling, insurance verification and eligibility and education services processes. Utilizes alternative means for obtaining coverage for uninsured and underinsured patients. Enforces and maintains updated procedures that are in compliance with all regulatory changes. Trains staff and assures that accuracy and productivity are maintained. Interacts with outside vendors and handles issues of a sensitive and confidential nature with patients and families. Participates in the on call schedule for financial clearance issues. Education. Associates Degree (Required)Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
