Supervisor ED Registration - The Rutland Regional Medical Center : Job Details

The ED Registration Supervisor works collaboratively with management, staff and patients to optimize the patient registration, admissions, insurance eligibility and to increase patient satisfaction, support internal customers, external customers and the revenue cycle. Ensuring the efficient and effective evening operation of patient registration is a key component of the position, as well as using critical thinking and analysis to complete special projects as assigned. The supervisor supports and maintains ongoing processes and procedures that allow for the accurate, complete and timely verification of patient information, as well as, organizational mission, vision, values and regulatory standards. Minimum Education Associates Degree in Business or a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum Work Experience Two years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
