Position Summary:

As the Supervisor of CT/MRI Clinical Operations, you will manage the daily workflow, performance, and quality assurance of the MRI and CT departments. You'll ensure compliance with ACR, DHEC, and DNV standards, support ACR accreditation processes, and partner with radiologists to maintain cutting-edge imaging protocols. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and mentor CT and MRI technologists to deliver top-quality imaging and patient care
  • Manage department operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and maintain ACR accreditation
  • Collaborate with radiologists to review and update imaging protocols
  • Monitor quality assurance, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance
  • Conduct internal audits and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support emergency response and patient safety initiatives
  • Coordinate new staff onboarding, continuing education, and policy compliance

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate Degree in a health-related field; graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in MRI, CT, or a combination of both modalities
  • Certifications:
  • ARRT Certification in MRI or CT
  • Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 90 days)
  • Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture and contrast injection, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of ACR MRI safety zones and QA processes
