Supervisor Community Outreach - AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies : Job Details

Responsible for day to day supervision and providing oversight for Community Outreach teams. Lead the Community Educator team, coordinate coverage, escalate risks, and support staff in the field and at community events. Conduct monitoring and tracking of individual community outreach staff activities to ensure quality and accuracy of information. Manage weekly schedules and facilitate daily and weekly reports. Education/ Experience:Associates Degree or equivalent 1 to 3 years supervisory experience. Ability to travel (75%) extensively within assigned communities. Valid drivers license and access to an adequately insured vehicle (per state requirements) required Additional licenses, if/as required by the state Strong familiarity with the given states territory/geography preferred Other Skills:Strong Microsoft Office skills. Health education, marketing or public health experience, preferred. Leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills. Some training experience a plus.
