Supervisor Clinical Laboratory - OSF Healthcare : Job Details

The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of designated departments. Assists the Manager in financial, capital and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards. Ensures the provision of high-quality services in accordance with Medical Center and regulatory requirements. The position is responsible for all aspects of personnel management and supervision. Perform laboratory bench assignments as needed. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates degree in medical laboratory technology, medical laboratory science, or clinical laboratory science 4 years' Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) laboratory training or experience 1 year experience with progressive responsibilities and demonstrated leadership abilities (such as technical lead, coordinator or key operator, leader of special project or committee, primary clinical educator, etc.) in Laboratory Services or a clinical/healthcare setting...Clinical, Laboratory, Medical Technologist, Supervisor, Clinic, Technology
