Masters preferred.* Proven counseling services experience, assessment skills.* LSW, LCSW preferred.* Background check clearance is required.* Annual TB test.* Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software.* Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review.* Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Ability to establish and maintain collaborative community partnerships.* Occasional driving may be required.* Access to reliable transportation.* Valid Driver's License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.* Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
