Manage door-to-door operational management for *** inter-region transport lanes, ensuring consistent product availability and high customer satisfaction.
Lead process improvement projects using PM methodologies like Six Sigma, FPX, etc., to enhance reliability and reduce costs for inter-regional transport.
Present performance metrics and project updates to management levels.
Coordinate, track, trace, and manage exceptions for segment inter-region transportation lanes.
Lead or participate in vendor management meetings, including business reviews and performance reporting, and manage day-to-day relationships with vendors.
Partner with DC and manufacturing facilities to coordinate freight for inter-regional lanes as needed.
Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Delivery Quality to ensure transport operations meet quality standards.
Serve as the primary contact for sites and logistics providers regarding shipment issues such as missing documentation, delays, quality events, and receiving delays.
Conduct operational analytics to improve daily business efficiency.
Support global bids for inter-region transport, including requirements gathering, baseline validation, and lane implementation.
Assist in event management in other regions based on issue criticality.
Act as SME for launches, projects, CIPs, and customer service initiatives.
Support tenders led by Sourcing teams.
Address service issues and drive resolutions.
Implement new lanes during tenders or due to other reasons, following SOPs.
Foster internal collaboration and build external partnerships across the supply chain.
Empower teams to act swiftly, with accountability, and embrace change.
Promote transparent and constructive communication within teams.
