Pay: $75.00 – $80.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience)

Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week

About the Role: Supervising Pharmacist

We're looking for a Supervising Pharmacist who is more than just clinically sound—you're a leader, operator, mentor, and problem solver.

We are looking for a pharmacist with an OWNER'S MIDSET. You take ownership of the day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, inspire your team, and deliver an excellent patient experience. This is a role for a pharmacist who wants to lead from the front while driving clinical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Leadership & Supervision: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff and technicians
• MicroMerchant (PrimeRx) Oversight: Ensure optimal use of our pharmacy management system
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and quality standards
• Patient Experience: Foster a patient-first culture by delivering empathetic, thorough, and timely care
• Inventory & Financial Stewardship: Monitor inventory, manage COGS, and ensure the financial health of the pharmacy
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor technicians and interns; facilitate continuous education
• Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Spanish preferred to better serve our diverse community

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
• Active New York State Pharmacist License (in good standing)
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy; supervisory or lead pharmacist experience strongly preferred
• Experience with MicroMerchant/PrimeRx (strongly preferred)
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Passionate about team development and process improvement
