The Center for Justice Innovation, a community justice organization founded in 1996, partners with community members, courts, and impacted individuals to promote safety, racial justice, and systemic change through innovative programs, research, and policy guidance. Our work includes operating programs like the Red Hook Community Justice Center, conducting impactful research on justice issues, and providing expert assistance to reform jurisdictions nationwide.

We are seeking a Supervising Case Manager for the Brooklyn Supervised Release Program (SRP). This full-time, in-person role reports to the Case Management Coordinator and involves supervising staff, ensuring fidelity to the program model, and providing quality services to participants. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, data management, on-site crisis support, quality assurance, and collaboration with leadership and partner teams. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of direct practice experience, and preferred experience in pretrial or criminal justice settings. Bilingual (English-Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
