Superintendent – Water/Wastewater Construction

Projects in CT & Western MA | Full-Time | $90K–$150K + Bonus

We're hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment projects—including pump stations, tanks, towers, and treatment facilities.

You'll be the key field leader, driving schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards for quality, safety, and production.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on infrastructure projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Lead daily huddles, lookaheads, and schedule execution
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with PMs and owners for smooth delivery and closeout

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent (water/wastewater or similar heavy construction)
• Strong field planning, leadership, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with piping systems, large equipment install, and MEP
• OSHA 30, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
