If interested, please apply or email [email protected] OverviewThe General Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and efficient resource management. This role is pivotal in coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all field operations to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel and facilitate training as needed.
• Assist in resolving any issues that arise during construction, including conflicts and delays.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure the project meets structural and design requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Experience with Tekla or similar structural design software is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
