Job Location : New York,NY, USA
This role involves supervising construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed safely, in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite functions such as scheduling and subcontractor coordination. Responsibilities also include compliance with contract requirements, efficient use of materials and equipment, site safety, and timely performance of project schedules. Technical assistance will be provided as needed, including interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, and equipment. Additionally, the role supports the Site Specific Safety Plan and coordinates with on-site owner employees.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be supporting the Midtown Port Authority Bus Terminal. Projects span 4-5 years, involving a team of superintendents, project managers, project engineers, field engineers, construction managers, and more. The work environment emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, with opportunities to work on large, high-profile projects impacting the community.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
