Superintendent - Mb Haynes Corporation : Job Details

The Superintendent will supervise all subcontractors and work closely with the project manager on each job site. TYPICAL DUTIES: Supervises subcontractors and provides a liaison between the architects, engineers, owner's representatives, inspectors, and trades to ensure construction complies with drawling and specifications. Plans the work schedule, holds job site meetings, monitors manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements. Oversees work performance and productivity of trades to ensure the schedule, project rules, procedures, safety requirements, and inspections are maintained. Advises the project manager of potential problems, scheduling difficulties, and circumventing/resolving such problems as required. Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction, and some limited hands-on labor duties may occasionally be required. Requirements: Valid Driver's license is required.
