Salary: $400 - $650

Sunday – Friday / 22:00pm – 06:00am

Are you a Superintendent with a background in retail or commercial construction looking for your next immediately available, nights-based, 1099 contract role?

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a Front-End Transformation (FET) project in Laurel, MD. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades, supervising night-shift construction activities, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with building codes.

This role requires someone who can take full ownership of onsite operations, from planning and scheduling through to safety enforcement, quality control, and final inspections. You will be ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to store operations.

You'll be leading night shift operations, working closely with subcontractors and project teams to keep the project running smoothly and safely.

This opportunity would suit a Superintendent with OSHA 30 certification and prior experience managing retail or commercial construction projects, who is looking for an immediately available contract role with excellent rates of pay.

The Role

The Person

• OSHA 30 certified.
• Proven Superintendent experience in retail/commercial construction.
