Job Description- Manage all field operations on healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite activities to maintain schedule and safety.
- Liaise with hospital facilities teams, inspectors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflows in occupied or critical care settings.
- Monitor quality control, manage RFIs, and resolve issues in real-time to keep projects on track.

The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including significant work in active healthcare environments.
