$130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What this heavy civil shop is looking for is very simple - a hard working super with 5+ years experience working on bridges, DOT work, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure project compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor force on site to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with scheduling, 2 week look ahead, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years civil superintendent experience with a project list that demonstrates DOT, Bridge, MTA, heavy highway, commercial earthwork or similar experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with directional drilling, structural concrete, sheeting & shoring, utilities, piles, or demolition.
