We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities and personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
