As a receptionist, your primary responsibility is to embody the Tenfold mission and values as the point of first impression for prospective residents, families, team members and visitors and the hub of the community for existing residents, families, team members. Other primary responsibilities include:
- Manage the front desk, including promptly and friendly answering all phone calls and greeting all visitors
- Compassionately respond to residents' inquiries and assist them in scheduling transportation, appointments or other concierge services
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Business Office Manager and Marketing Director
Requirements Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work 10:45am - 7pm, Sundays Only
