Role Description

This is an internship role for a Summer Analyst. As a Summer Analyst at Norlantic Capital, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience in the private equity industry. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, financial analysis, assisting in due diligence, assisting with fundraising efforts, and preparing investment memos. The role requires a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently, as we operate within a lean organizational structure, providing a dynamic environment for self-starters.

Requirements

We seek candidates that are currently enrolled as undergrad students at a 4-year college. Ideal candidates will be intelligent, hardworking, professional, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn about private equity and related fields of finance. Strong communication skills, proven work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, and pride in workmanship are necessities.

Duration and Start Date

The duration of the internship is a minimum of 6 weeks with a flexible start date in June or July. We can accommodate applicants seeking a part-time or full-time commitment throughout the duration of the program.
