Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing staff supervision and development, resource allocation and management, risk management, and emergency scene management. Leading ongoing training and staff development initiatives. Performing all duties of other patrol leaders and line staff as needed from a teamwork perspective. Assisting with the administration of the Patrol department, including hiring and onboarding. Assuming full department management responsibility in the absence of the Patrol Director. Qualifications The ideal fit for this leadership role will: possess an EMT, WFR, or OEC certification or greater by the time of hire. have a current CPR/ AED certification be an expert-level skier or snowboarder be comfortable working with children and adults of all ages have confidence in handling stressful situations, including difficult guest interactions have previous experience as a ski patroller with at least one or more seasons in a patrol supervisory or management...Director, Patrol, Assistant, Management
