We're seeking a driven, hands-on leader who's passionate about customer service, team development, and food quality. You'll receive extensive on-site training, where you'll learn from experienced Subway-Dairy Queen managers. Requirements What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality food and exceptional service
• Lead, train, and inspire team members to meet performance and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining environment
• Collaborate to drive results and continuous improvement
• Manage labor
• Maintain a healthy profit & loss for your department

Training Provided:

• On-site training
• Ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship to help you grow into a confident and effective leader

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred in fast food service
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Willingness to learn, travel for training, and work flexible hours
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
