• Step in and lead classrooms when regular teachers are out
• Deliver lesson plans, manage student behavior, and ensure continuity
• Adapt to different school cultures-from elementary through high school
• Provide feedback to HelloSubs and partner schools to continually improve our service

Who You Are

• A current or aspiring teacher eager to gain hands-on experience
• Passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing diverse classrooms
• U.S. work-authorized

What We OfferCompetitive Pay & On-Time Payment

• $120-$202 per day (based on assignment complexity & location)
• W-2 employment- we handle all tax withholdings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of one year of classroom teaching experience
• Teaching license/substitute certification preferred but not required
