This is a recruitment for a short-term/temporary position. TDEFINITION - Under general supervision, perform secretarial, clerical, and record keeping work; assist with the daily activities of initiating and providing health and wellness services to students, maintain health and related records; and perform other related duties as required. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS - The Health Services Assistant is distinguished from other classes in the clerical/secretarial series in that incumbents perform work related to student health and wellness, including maintenance of personal health records. Incumbents in this position supports the overall mission of the college in the standard of quality, excellence and accessibility, by providing services and programs which promote student involvement to achieve academic and personal success.
