Must be licensed in Maryland as ADT or CAC-AD or CSC-ADHOURS*Full-time or Part-time available Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm/9am - 5.30pm* *Immediate Start**Competitive Compensation*SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Facilitate behavioral health treatment groups. Email Office Manager attendance after each group. *Provide individual sessions for clients on a case-by-case basis when clients need extra support.*Complete Biopsychosocial assessments and all documentation pertaining to it. *Document client attendance, group topic, and client participation in file after each group. Complete documentation within 24 hours of services provided.* Document any other contact with client or case management done, such as individual sessions or outside referrals. * Complete all discharge paperwork within seven days of the date of discharge.* Address urinalysis or breathalyzer results with clients as needed and record results in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and on monthly reports.* Review and update treatment plans in compliance with timeframes set by ADI policy.* Provide person-centered treatment which tailors treatment to each client's individual needs.* Provide culturally competent treatment and case management.CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION* Maryland license as a CAC-AD; or CSC-AD; with the State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.* Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fieldsTitle: Substance Abuse Counselor (CAC/CSC) - Take Home $30-$35/hr Class: Counseling Type: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR 1099 Ref.
