THE WORK - Subcontract Administrator in support of development, production and global sustainment subcontracts on the MH-60 R programs for multiple contract types, work to include: - Interface with suppliers as a focal point - Develops subcontract specifications and work statements - Develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals - Prepares request for proposal (RFP) packages and conducts bidders conferences - Develops and negotiates subcontract Terms and Conditions - Writes subcontract letters, evaluation packages, cost/price analysis documentation - Prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts...Administrator, Supply Chain, Evaluation, Business Services, Program, Contracts
