• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or completion of sufficient education to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• Black Seal License.
• NJ Motor Vehicle Operator's license or ability to provide own transportation.
• Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; heating and ventilation.
• Good physical health and ability to perform assigned tasks.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Required criminal background check and proof of US Citizenship.

Travel Requirements Occasional travel between school and central office, may be required. FLSA Status: Non-exempt
