POSITION: STUDY HALL / HALLWAY MONITORLOCATION: KETTERING FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL Effective immediately GENERAL INFORMATION: The person in this position will be supervising students in all areas of the school, specifically in the role of supervising hallways and assisting the administration with other necessary duties. This position is 7 hours per day. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List:

To assist students.

To maintain a safe environment.

To work collaboratively with other staff members.

To adapt to flexible situations.

To monitor hallways and complete other tasks assigned by administration.

QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List:

Applicants must be Highly Qualified - Possess a 2-year Associates Degree or 2 years of college credits (48 semester or 72 quarter hrs.) or passage of state paraprofessional standards exam (PARAPRO Test).

Minimum of valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit.

Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Collaborative and problem-solving skills.
