Our client has an immediate opportunity available for an advertising Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will work closely with agency operations and creative in the areas of studio project management, resource/budget allocation, technology, and production arts. They work across retail, agricultural, automotive, packaged goods, healthcare, financial services, technology, and more. Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee budgets to ensure profitability while keeping projects on time and within budget.
- Set project schedules and timelines in Monday.Com; monitor progress and clear roadblocks.
- Bring creative visions to life and elevate the work through close collaboration with agency creatives and client teams, leveraging AI and innovative technologies, where possible, to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Stay current on all existing, new, and emerging technologies that relate to digital marketing, mobile technologies, social media, as well as cultural trends
- Plan, manage, and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects and assign to appropriate resources.
- Manage relationships and engage external freelance partners including designers, developers, photographers, and copy editors as needed.
- Work with outside production vendors where appropriate on budgets and projects plans.
- Organize, tag and manage assets and file delivery.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices…and action the learning.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels including print, banners, website development, social, CRM, and experiential.
- Some hands-on work experience in production arts and/or graphic design.
- An eye for design and the knowledge of how to flex that muscle in a production environment.
- Effective leadership, analytical, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Keen understanding of the latest technology with an ability to recommend and implement best practice solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Ideal candidates will be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma.
