Studio Lead - Lifetime Fitness - Life Time : Job Details

The Lead-Studio is responsible for providing mentoring and leadership to the Studio Fitness team of performers within a Life Time location (Studio, Cycle, Yoga and/or Signature Small Group Training) as they deliver world class classes to members to help them achieve their goals. The Lead-Studio will serve as a role-model for the team of performers and coaches, managing department goals and budgets, delivering best branded programs, driving and contributing to overall club performance, and building communities. Job Duties/ Responsibilities. Leads and mentors fitness performers, providing daily supervision, monitoring class performance, providing performance feedback, and ensuring the team is aware of company policies, protocols, and expectations. Optimizes and manages the working schedules of direct reports, and the class schedules of club Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and/or Signature Group Training offerings.
