An exceptional opportunity to join a luxury architecture and design firm in New York City! They are looking for an Interior Design/Architectual Director to become part of their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates effectively with architects and designers
• Balance client expectations with project timelines and budgets, delivering high-quality results
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Confidently present to current and prospective clients, effectively communicating design vision and value
• Drive sales performance that aligns with and supports the company's innovative growth strategy
• Exhibit a proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in design/architecture and management
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with additional design or project management software is a plus
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and other key stakeholders
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a confident and polished presentation style
• Genuine passion for design and alignment with the brand's vision and values
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects and design capabilities
