As a Student Worker in our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you'll become a vital part of a dynamic, international team supporting all fourseveral Genmab sites.In this newly created role, you'll work closely with experienced TA Managers and get hands-on experience in all stages of the recruitment process – from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.You'll be based in Denmark and report directly to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – and trust us, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop practical TA skills in a global setting.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Talent Acquisition Managers, Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to organize interviews and recruitment activities
  • Proofreading and publishing job postings on our career site and other relevant platforms
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for candidates when needed
  • Maintaining a high level of data quality and structure in our HR system (Workday)
  • Supporting recruitment events across Denmark and Europe
  • Assisting with candidate assessments and acting as an admin lead for our evaluation toolsConducting talent sourcing and building candidate pipelines using various tools
  • Contribute on TA project teams and workstreams
  • Conduct phone screenings of prospective candidates
  • Assisting Hiring Managers in req creation and other general troubleshooting
  • Attend weekly Global TA team meetings

Requirements

  • Currently in your final year of a Bachelor's degree, ideally within HR or a related field
  • Strong communicator and thrive in a multicultural environment
  • Speak and write fluent English
  • Have a “can-do” attitude and love solving problems and keeping things organized
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in administrative precision
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
