Student Worker - Bookstore - Cashier - The Victoria College : Job Details

The Bookstore is recruiting for one part-time student worker. This position is responsible for contributing to providing bookstore services needed to foster student success. Assist the Customer Service Representative with customer inquiries, processing customer transactions, organizing product placement, and maintaining a clean environment. Duties & Responsibilities Accurately operate point-of-sale registers complying with policy and procedures;Understand and adhere to the various payment methods regarding bookstore transactions;Understand and adhere to the textbook buy-back & refund policy;Daily contact with customers and assisting with customers in person and by phone;Interact with customers to ensure a great shopping experience;Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the general merchandise departments of the store which includes campus apparel (clothing), insignia (imprinted items), desk supplies, and sundries (novelty, gift items, etc.);Keep shelves clean, stocked & ...Cashier, Worker, Student, Retail, Education
