Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go options as needed. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service, taking orders, responding to inquiries, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including coffee machines, display cases, condiment bar, seating areas, and restrooms. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
