Ohio University Transportation & Parking Services is seeking a responsible and reliable student transportation assistant. Student Transportation Assistant duties may include the following:1. Assist in daily transportation scheduling activities, responding to emails, and engaging with customers to process accessibility transport scheduling needs and provide guidance on transportation service offerings .. Assists with transportation data entry, recordkeeping, dispatching and ride request scheduling, utilizing scheduling software to meet campus transportation needs. 3. Operates transportation services to include accessibility transport and on-demand transportation resources if service demand arises .. Ensures superior customer service and safe, efficient transport and scheduling of customers with adherence to all university, state, and federal laws and regulations.
