WCSU's Pre-Collegiate and Access Programs include the following programs: Danbury Public Schools Collaborative, Upward Bound/ConnCAP, Excel, EA2P(Educational Achievement and Access Program) and PASS (Promoting Academically Successful Students). The Upward Bound/ConnCAP program is a year-round, college preparatory program serving approximately 110 high school students from grades 9 through 12. The Excel program is a middle-school feeder program currently serving 90 students in grades 7 and 8. The EA2P program is a year-round academic enhancement program serving underprivileged college students. The PASS program enables underserved populations to make progress toward their academic goals. These programs are supported by the by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education, the U.S. Department of Education, and the City of Danbury. Position Summary: Responsible for identifying individuals to participate in the EA2P program and ensuring successful transitions to college during their first year at the University. Additionally, assists and mentors students in the PASS program with transitioning from Academic Probation and remaining on the path to becoming a graduate of the University. May supervise University Assistants and Student Employees.

Salary & Benefits: The hiring salary range is $57,552 - $78,545 and is commensurate upon candidates' experience. WCSU offers a comprehensive benefits package. All employment, if offered, is contingent upon proof of citizenship or employability under the requirement of the Immigration and Control Act (IRCA) and the successful passing of a background check.
