Student Success Coach - Waldorf University : Job Details

Waldorf University is seeking interested and qualified candidates for the position of a Student Success Coach. The Student Success Coach (SSC) identifies, engages, tracks and supports the student retention efforts. The SSC position is part of a team that will facilitate the comprehensive retention program that incorporates strategies progressing from the transition to college life to successful graduation from Waldorf University. This position will facilitate strategic efforts to increase student retention and graduation rates by following an intrusive outreach model of student success. The SSC will be assigned a case load of students that they will be responsible for, assisting with student retention and success. This position will follow an intrusive success coach model to engage and provide appropriate assistance to promote academic success.
