We are seeking a Manager of Registrar Services to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, student-focused registrar support. This leadership role is key to maintaining operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of service delivery. The manager will serve as a subject matter expert, a coach, and a strategic partner to institutional stakeholders.

Day in the Life:
- Lead and develop a Registrar Services team, fostering a culture aligned with organizational values centered on student success and care
- Ensure operational excellence through timely and accurate service delivery to students and academic partners
- Develop, train, and manage staff to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance with institutional policies
- Evaluate existing customer service and operational processes; provide strategic insights and improvements to senior leadership
- Manage escalated student issues and work cross-functionally to resolve complex academic or administrative concerns
- Monitor and analyze enrollment and student service data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting systems
- Stay current on institutional policies and applicable regulations, and ensure team members are well-informed and compliant
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to ensure adequate coverage and resource efficiency.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and process enhancements to support evolving organizational goals
Keys to Success:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of demonstrated people management responsibility
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including comfort engaging with senior leadership
- Background in service-oriented or student-facing environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a commitment to accountability and performance excellence
- Familiarity with academic systems and registrar functions is a plus
