Responsibilities
- Duties include, but are not limited to checking in/out library items
- Processing returned items for reshelving
- Shelving items in the library collections
- Shelf-reading of the library collections
- Picking up items used in-house
- Providing library support to the Rinker Campus, including assisting patrons with locating library items, using printers, and using study room technology.
- Additional projects and duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Little to minimal prior experience.
- Ability to learn the support process.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with using Library and Health Science related resources.
