Responsibilities

• Duties include, but are not limited to checking in/out library items
• Processing returned items for reshelving
• Shelving items in the library collections
• Shelf-reading of the library collections
• Picking up items used in-house
• Providing library support to the Rinker Campus, including assisting patrons with locating library items, using printers, and using study room technology.
• Additional projects and duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Little to minimal prior experience.
• Ability to learn the support process.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with using Library and Health Science related resources.
