Student Lead Teacher - SCO Family of Services : Job Details

Provide comprehensive services for children in a center-based setting. Assist in the preparation and delivery of instructional materials. Observe and apply various teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. Maintain stable/supportive relationships with the children, their families, and co-workers Assist in office as assigned Manage classroom materials Manage classroom according ECERS and CLASS assessment tools guidelines. Work closely with DOE Educational Consultant to implement consultant's suggestions QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Currently enrolled in a teacher preparation program (Bachelor's or Master's level). Completion of required coursework prior to student teaching placement. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Passion for education and working with students.
