Summary of Responsibilities Duties may include general office support such as:

• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Customer service
• Filing
• Computer work
• Operate high-speed copy machines
• Work on time-sensitive special projects.
• Flexible hours depending on schedule. Occasional Saturday and evening hours may be required.
• Total Hours Available per Week: 20 hrs.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

• Must be a current UVU student
• Good academic standing

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Must be a team player, working well with diverse groups of people, ?exible, reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Must have excellent customer service, written, and communication skills.
• Pro?cient in MS Word, Exce,l and Internet applications
• Knowledge in the use of email, attaching ?les, retrieving email, etc
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and independently
• Commitment to follow through with assignments, schedules, and appointments
• Demonstrate professionalism and con?dentiality
