Overview
KIPP SoCal Public Schools is seeking a results-driven and resourceful Student Enrollment & Recruitment Ambassador to spearhead efforts to meet ambitious student enrollment goals for our schools in LA County for the 2025-26 school year. This role demands a proven ability to achieve results through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and direct engagement with families.
As the Student Enrollment & Recruitment Ambassador, you will be accountable for generating a specified number of student interest forms and applications by actively canvassing door-to-door, making phone calls to prospective applicants, tabling in the community, and cultivating strong, positive connections with families in various settings.
The ideal candidate is an experienced outreach professional with demonstrated success in door-to-door canvassing and community engagement. Familiarity with LA County is essential but ideally has familiarity with the neighborhoods where our LA County schools are located. Our current footprint of our LA County schools is Boyle Heights, Compton, East LA, Huntington Park, South Gate, South LA and Watts.
