Job Details for Engagement Ambassadors (hiring up to 20 individuals) - Engagement Ambassadors participate through digital and traditional phone outreach to alumni, parents and friends of Ohio University leveraging an engagement platform that allows for personalized outreach to every constituent that inspires life-long engagement. - Ambassadors successfully text, video and phone prospective donors on behalf of Ohio University to engage constituents and advance its mission. - For each phone call, Ambassadors work to raise monetary support, fostering a positive and long-lasting relationship with alumni, parents and friends as well as update demographic information. - Ambassadors follow scripting provided by their Engagement Center Manager while sharing their own positive personal experience at Ohio University and applying a pre-determined dollar amount ladder and strategy for each phone call including supporting reasons to give.
