This position supports the ONU Mail Center in the processing, handling, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Student staff members play a key role in supporting the flow of mail and packages for the entire campus community. The Mail Center can be a fast-paced, fluid environment. Principal Responsibilities A student staff member in the Mail Center may encounter any of the following duties. Duties may vary depending on shift assignment, carrier arrival times, and incoming and outgoing mail and package volumes. Sort student and University mail into unit boxes. Assist in unloading and processing items delivered by the US Postal Service and all major parcel carriers. Delivery of mail and packages to campus departments and offices.
