Collect mail from USPS from St. Marys Village Post Office. Sort and deliver mail and packages to campus mail stops. Collect mail from campus mail stops. Meter mail and prepare packages for pick-up. Monitor paper availability at campus copiers and deliver paper as needed. Change toner in copiers. Respond to Help Desk tickets assigned and assist end users with basic IT support. Setup audio/visual equipment for campus events. Supervisor: Anthony Dinkel & Justin Spaid-Roberts Requirements Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to learn. Ability to work independently without much supervision and to work well in teams. Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously. Desire to learn new tasks. Ability to drive a golf cart and carry mail totes and paper boxes. Ability to listen and follow directions. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
