Student Technical Support Assistant (Dublin Campus)The Ohio University Dublin College of Health Sciences and Professions is seeking an additional Technical Support Assistants at our Dublin Integrated Education Center to provide technical, event and general office support. This position does not allow for remote work. You must be currently enrolled in college to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities Receive and respond to calls and emails regarding technology and classroom needs Provide classroom technology/equipment support (projectors, PCs, smart boards) Provide high quality customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests of Ohio University. Provide basic troubleshooting, diagnose problems, implement corrective action, or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate.
