Student Employee-CAM Creative Community-Reception Desk Assistant (Multiple Positions) - The Sam Houston State University : Job Details

This position will operate the reception desk at the CAM Creative Community at Belvin-Buchanan Hall. This is a Living Community designed for students from the College of Arts and Media and consists of creative studios, workspaces, and a theatre. This position will check equipment in and out to residents in addition to monitoring and reporting any issues to the Resident Advisor on duty, the Residence Hall Director, and Graduate Assistants (GA). Monitoring will involve making periodic rounds of the Creative Community space. The position will also assist with staff and GA programming when needed. This position will also be responsible for setting up room spaces as instructed. Must maintain a 2.0 GPA and be in good standing with the University. Must be enrolled in at least 6 financial aid eligible hours each fall and spring semester. Must be approved for and utilize Work Study for employment.
